LASH FAQS
Cleaning your lashes before your appointment is a great way to ensure more lashing time and better retention.
Appointments should be booked every 2-3 weeks. Any appointments exceeding 3 weeks will need to be removed and a full set will need to be booked.
A minimum of 30% of your lash extensions are required for your appointment to be considered a fill, anything less will need to be removed.
Please do not come to your appointment with mascara or strip lash glue. Lash Specialist will determine if your appointment needs to be rescheduled.
No getting lashes wet for the first 24 hours. The glue needs time to cure to your natural lash and any water in the first 24 hours will result in premature lash shedding.
No gym, sauna, or steam-room for 48 hours.
Avoid pulling or rubbing lashes. This can cause damage your natural lashes.
NO mascara on your lash extensions. Mascara contains oils and other ingredients that will break down adhesive.
Brush your lashes in the morning and evening with clean spoolies provided to you by your lash specialist.
It’s very important to clean your lashes a minimum of 1-2 times a week. Check out our products that will help keep your lashes healthy and clean. The cleaner your lashes, the better your retention.
It’s imperative to avoid using oil based products close to or on your eyelash extensions.
